MY AMERICAN PANTRY (MAP) is a project to photographically map and record the American artisan food & drink landscape. By shooting aerial photos of people and their crafts, MAP documents the array of makers & regional foods produced across the nation. These artisan products represent an emerging food culture and a path to define a new and traditional American table.
