My American Pantry (MAP) has embarked on a grand project to photographically map the American artisan food & drink landscape. We putting the "art" in artisan and believe that behind every thing we eat and drink is an even better story. By shooting aerial photos of people and their crafts, MAP will document the exciting array of regional foods produced across the nation. We started in Northern California this year and will move around the country collecting stories, recipes and products for you to discover, buy and share. These artisan products represent an emerging food culture in our country and a path to discover the new and the traditional American table.

The blog has more details about local shoots and so does the menu bar. The information here will allow MAP to contact you about the next aerial events coming to a field, lake or beach near you.
