My American Pantry (MAP) has embarked on a grand project to photographically map the American artisan food & drink landscape. We believe that behind every thing we eat is an even better story. By shooting aerial photos of people and their crafts, MAP will document the exciting array of regional foods produced across the nation. We started in Northern California this year and hope to move around the country collecting stories, recipes and products for you to buy and share. These artisan products represent both an emerging and a traditional food culture as well as a path to discover the new American table.
